There’s two essentials in life, morning coffee and a nightcap of wine. Its enjoying all the treasures in between, silently sneaking up on me, that is hard. Then I have to find the time to work it off, not to mention the all the mental and physical energy drained. Who would’ve thought that combining two essential activities, that are literally night and day, could make the Marie Antoinette’s words ring true for everyone? “Let them eat cake.“

If you have read my mission statement on the Home Page then, you already know my motive in life is to everyone I can live the best life they can. I want to make the world a better place with happier people in it.
I’m your typical guy who likes to have coffee cakes in the morning, whatever i have time to grab during the day, and snack late nights. I also enjoy the finer things in life like a couple of glasses of Wine, a nice dish of some Fine dining(which is usually made with heavy cream), and the creme de le creme of desserts.
I feel everyone should be able to have the chance to eat the Finest of Food and drink even Finer Wines. Wouldn’t you like to be able to live a life where you can have a piece of Chocolate Cake with your Coffee in the morning or more than a glass of Moscato at night? Wouldn’t you like that and without the feeling of guilt or the internal workout of calorie counting and whatnot?
I don’t knop about you but, I LOVE a good cup of coffee every morning. Sitting on the back porch with my pup, sun rising, animals singing, and fresh air to bask in the ambiance. That’s what gets me motivated to take on the day. It used to be enough. Now I consume energy drink after energy drink daily, just to keep me going through the day. At the end of the day, I’ve made it through, sure, with a jittery stomach from all the caffeine and a couple extra pounds from snacking all day to calm the jitters. All that money on energy and I still find myself gaining weight!
I must admit , the older I get the harder it is to live life in the way I’ve made for myself. Like Dude, its a pain to keep up with the ups and downs of weight loss. Not to mention, the clothes! I’m so tired of having to figure out which of the 2-3 different sizes I’m gonna fit in today. I just want to be able to grab what I like, put it on, and go. Maybe its the free-spirited in me. I just don’t really dig unnecessary speedbumps in life, know what I mean?
